Project phases

Project Wellness Center goal is to construct a public retreat center, to enhance our communities work and life balance; allowing equal opportunity for help to those suffering from depression.

Purpose: 

The Community Wellness Center will be used by the non-profit business employees to conduct self-development classes and therapeutic sessions. It will be available as a one to three day retreat to provide therapy, self development, tools and techniques for healing, and enabling connections to nature and others.

Classes and sessions: Relationship Mgmt., Hypnotherapy, Counselling , Meditation, Law of Attraction, Emotional Intelligence, Tools & Techniques to deal with negative thoughts and emotions and others. 

Concentrating on healing both the body and mind.
